On May 16 last month I collected eggs from the chicken coop for two reasons. First, in hopes of collecting some of the DNA from the four roosters that I gave to one of the maintenance workers from UUSD. Two, to place newly hatched eggs under some broody hens to try to break them of their broodiness. At the time of this post, six eggs have hatched.
